Preview: EMM Group's Lexington Brass Arrives in Midtown!
This week, the latest culinary incarnation from EMM Group, the hospitality fixture behind Abe & Arthur’s Restaurant, will open doors to Lexington Brass. The 100-seat American bistro will be located on the ground level of the new luxury Hersha Group Hotel, the Hyatt 48Lex, on the corner of 48th Street and Lexington in Midtown Manhattan. As the second restaurant venture from EMM Group founders Eugene Remm, Mark Birnbaum and Michael Hirtenstein, Lexington Brass will feature classic American bistro fare conceptualized and executed by Abe & Arthur’s Executive Chef Franklin Becker. Also coming aboard from EMM Group’s flagship eatery will be pastry chef Gustavo Tzoc, whose whimsical confections helped establish Abe & Arthur’s as an undisputed dessert destination in New York City within its first year.
