The EMM Group (Lexington Brass, Abe & Arthur's)  dropped a line into the drink and reeled in former "Top Chef"  contestant Hung Huynh to be the executive chef at their new tri-level  restaurant in the Meatpacking District. The restaurant itself takes up  the second and third floors of the building, while a lounge with an  outdoor space sits on the fourth floor. Huynh menu, which he refined  with EMM big-brass chef Franklin Becker, veers seafood-heavy with global  flavors. Think calamari stuffed with crab and chorizo and served with  chickpeas and piquillo peppers, and Dungeness crab tagliatelli with roe  and scallion-tomato sauce. Expect this place to be a scene when it opens  on Oct. 1. (21 Ninth Ave. between 13th and Little West 12th St., 212-392-5978)
